We sell natural wellness products, including food supplements. All product descriptions, images, and information are provided for informational purposes only.

Disclaimer: Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Always consult your doctor before using new supplements, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking medication.


3. Ordering

  • Orders can be placed through our website by adding products to your cart and completing the checkout process.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
  • All prices are in EUR and include VAT (where applicable), unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if the product is out of stock or pricing errors occur.


4. Payment

We accept secure payment via:

  • American Express, PayPal, Klarna, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, and more.

Payment must be made in full before your order is processed and shipped.


5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship to customers in across EU and the UK.
  • Shipping costs and delivery times are displayed at checkout.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier services or customs.


6. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

Conditions:

  • You must notify us in writing (email is sufficient) within 14 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We will refund your payment within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (excluding any original shipping costs).

Opened or used food supplements cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.


7. Warranties & Liability

  • We take great care in the quality and packaging of our products. Please inspect your order upon arrival and notify us of any issues within 48 hours.
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
  • We make no medical claims and do not offer diagnosis, treatment, or health advice.

All content on this website—including text, graphics, images, logos, and product names—is the intellectual property of Wild Therapeutics or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.


9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be handled by the competent court in the Netherlands.
