Your Right to Cancel (Withdrawal Period)

As a customer in the EU or UK, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods—without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing (e.g. via email) within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return and refund:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging
  • You must return the product(s) within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to cancel
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Please include your order number or proof of purchase in the return

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used food supplements


How to Return Your Order

  1. Email us at info@wildtherapeutics.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We’ll provide you with return instructions and the return address
  3. Package the item(s) securely and send via a tracked service
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund


Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • We will refund you using your original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s)
  • Original shipping fees are refunded only if the entire order is cancelled within the withdrawal period
  • If the returned product is damaged or used, we may deduct a reasonable amount from your refund

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Items returned outside the 14-day window
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Products not purchased directly from our website


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the product and packaging so we can assess and resolve the issue promptly.
